Service timelines, scope, and staff deployment are shared in advance and can be modified mutually.
Invoices are generated monthly or as agreed.
Payment terms are within 7 days from invoice date.
Delay in payment may lead to service suspension or penalties.
Both parties may terminate service with a 30-day prior notice.
All outstanding dues must be settled before termination.
Top Line Security is not liable for any incidental or indirect damages unless proven due to willful negligence by deployed staff.
